Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

It must be in the original packaging (including cases, cloths, etc.).

You must request the return within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:

Used or damaged products.

Custom prescription lenses.

Final sale or clearance items.

Gift cards or promotional items.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement after verifying the issue (photos may be required).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
